System Modules

Our clients benefit from a feature rich solution and don’t have to pay more: for the same subscription fee your company has access to all system modules at no additional charge and this includes all permanent enhancements that we frequently deploy to the application and all future modules.  

The two main data sources that feed the TEM cycle are telephone vendor bills read by our application and Call Detail Records (CDRs) captured from your company’s internal PBXs; the bills' data is processed and analyzed in the Invoice Management module and CDRs are the foundation to the Call Accounting module.

In both data sources we can find telephony inventory information used by the Inventory Management module to consolidate a central repository of phone lines, extensions, trunks, service contracts and other telephony resources; the cost of these telephony resources as well as the calculated and invoiced cost of each call can be stored and grouped in the Cost Allocation module to allow chargeback to employees, divisions, projects, etc.

The data from both data sources is used to provide instant visibility on savings opportunities and insightful analysis even on the first month of use. All the information is scheduled to be automatically delivered to your email and you always have access to run on-demand reports and analysis online.
